This production line is an intelligent CRGO core lamination and cutting system, comprising an unwinding system, material feeding & cutting system, pin-positioning & pre-stacking system, robotic CRGO core lamination system, and electrical control system. It enables simultaneous stacking and lamination of 2 CRGO cores in full “E” shape or “E+I” shape.
Unwinding System
The unwinding system features a 4-head decoiler, supporting coil strips of various widths for CRGO core cutting and lamination, with hydraulic tensioning. An infrared positioning mechanism is integrated after coil selection, and coil loading is designed without a buffer pit. Multiple sets of photoelectric switches control line speed, with flexible buffer acceleration/deceleration for smooth operation.
Material Feeding & Cutting System
The material feeding and cutting system adopts a centralized positioning mechanism, equipped with a complete tooling set (2 shears, 5 V-notching tools, and punching tools):
- 1×450° and 1×1350° straight shearing tools
- 1 servo-controlled V-notching tool for transverse and longitudinal movement
- 4 servo-controlled hole-punching tools for longitudinal movement, with automatic adjustment based on sheet length
The line operates in synchronous shearing/cutting mode, allowing the V-notching tool and hole-punching tools to run simultaneously. Metal scrap generated during cutting is centrally collected via a dedicated conveyor system.
Pin-Positioning & Pre-Stacking System
The pin-positioning pre-stacking system uses magnetic reverse suction and pin-positioning principles to enable intelligent step-lap pre-stacking. Photoelectric sensors monitor operation, triggering an immediate error stop for anomalies such as sheet misalignment, missing pins, or displacement.
Robotic CRGO Core Lamination System
The robotic lamination system is equipped with dual robotic arms to maximize operational efficiency, eliminating idle time for the cut-to-length equipment. Dedicated core lamination tables are mounted on raceway frames on both sides of the pre-stacking unit, with customizable frame lengths. This design ensures uninterrupted operation during workstation switching, even when laminating 4+ CRGO cores simultaneously. Positioning pin mechanisms on the raceway frames guarantee consistent accuracy across workstation changes.
Electrical Control System
The electrical control system includes a remote communication portal, enabling remote diagnosis and program upgrades when workshop network conditions allow. The electrical control cabin is fitted with a dedicated air conditioner for stable operation. A dedicated conveyor belt is also integrated for efficient metal scrap transfer.
